User Migration Quote Information

5 User Introductory Special Migration Includes:

  • Configuration of Google Apps Account
  • Migration of email from local client PC or MAC to Google's servers for up to 5 users. 
  • For Outlook clients running windows, configuration of Google Sync for Outlook
  • Configuration of MX records to point to Google
  • 3 Hours of Remote Go-Live support*
*additional time required beyond 3 hours of remote assistance may be billed at standard remote support rates

Please enter the domain name you would like to have registered with Google Apps. Example if your email address is yourname@yourdomain.com the domain name would be yourdomain.com
DNS Administration Access
Please select if you have access to manage the DNS (Domain Name Server) records. This is usually done by your hosting company or may be managed through the company you purchased your domain through (ie godaddy.com, networksolutions.com, netfirms.ca)
Remote Client Access
Does your company permit remote access to desktop and laptop client machines for the purpose of this migration via remote screen sharing such as teamviewer, joinme, bomgar etc? If not, onsite access may be required that could incur additional costs.
Please indicate the approximate timeframe during which you would like the migration to occur. Please try to be as specific as possible. If you require the migration to be done after business hours (9am to 5pm EST) please indicate that as well.
